Business Analyst

Position Description:

  • Perform entry-level Application Quality Assurance/Testing tasks utilizing software development principles to accomplish assignments.
  • Design and deploy various functional, performance, and general automation testing projects on the Quality Assurance team.
  • Perform stress/load testing, regression testing, or automated data loading for various application modules.
  • The successful candidate must either have the required technical knowledge or show the ability to quickly gain the required knowledge and be motivated to apply the knowledge to solve QA/testing or programming related problems.
  • Quality Assurance is done in a team atmosphere, so the candidate must be able to convey ideas and handle testing and programming issues within a group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or the equivalent is required. Candidate must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in their major (school transcripts will be requested).
  • Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and its principles.
  • Experience with any programming languages.
  • Quality Assurance/Testing experience or exposure would be a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a professional attitude.


Customer Service

Position Descriptions:

  • Assist personnel with various projects and assignments with professionalism, discretion, and good judgment.
  • Create an efficient office environment through proper organization of files, reports, etc.
  • Provide customer service via the phone and in-person.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with dynamic schedules.
  • Help track, prioritize, create, and maintain paper and electronic records of ongoing work within the office.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or the equivalent is preferred. Equivalent technical or business training will be considered.
  • Should possess business, administrative work, and research or office clerical experience.
  • Proficiently use various PC-based Microsoft Office software programs, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, and MS Outlook.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a professional attitude.


Finance/Accounting

Position Description:

  • Financial analysis in customer billing, revenue recognition and expenses.
  • Handling complex, non-routine issues and providing analytical services highlighting potential problems and recommending/implementing corrective actions.
  • Budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Clearly explaining anomalies/variances in financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related area preferred. An Associate's degree or equivalent finance/business training will be considered.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Microsoft Office suite of products proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a professional attitude.


Help Desk

Position Description:

  • Assist users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor trouble tickets in the queue.
  • Assist users with passwords, e-mail, and printer problems.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to 2nd level support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or the equivalent is preferred. An Associate's degree or equivalent technical training will be considered. Microsoft, Novell, or A+ certification will also be considered.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware/software, including internal and peripheral equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a professional attitude.


Programmer

Position Description:

  • Perform entry-level programming assignments using multiple languages in support of various systems.
  • The successful candidate must either have the required technical knowledge or show the ability to quickly gain the required knowledge and be motivated to apply the knowledge to solve programming related problems.
  • Development is done in a team atmosphere, so the candidate must be able to convey ideas and handle difficult design and programming issues within a group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or the equivalent is preferred. An Associate's degree or equivalent technical training will be considered.
