Position Description:
- Perform entry-level Application Quality Assurance/Testing tasks utilizing software development principles to accomplish assignments.
- Design and deploy various functional, performance, and general automation testing projects on the Quality Assurance team.
- Perform stress/load testing, regression testing, or automated data loading for various application modules.
- The successful candidate must either have the required technical knowledge or show the ability to quickly gain the required knowledge and be motivated to apply the knowledge to solve QA/testing or programming related problems.
- Quality Assurance is done in a team atmosphere, so the candidate must be able to convey ideas and handle testing and programming issues within a group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or the equivalent is required. Candidate must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in their major (school transcripts will be requested).
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and its principles.
- Experience with any programming languages.
- Quality Assurance/Testing experience or exposure would be a plus.
